Juanes Fights For Better Working Conditions In Las Minas

Juanes continues to fight for mine workers in Colombia.

The Colombian activist called attention to the continued hazardous working conditions in the town of Tumaco, where the most mine causalities seem to take place. Juanes‘ efforts led to a United States emergency medical mission complete with health aid and military help over the weekend. The “Odio Por Amor” singer also visited victims of the underground industry and performed a benefit concert for the cause.

El mundo will always get a little better with some Juanes in it! Visit Juanes’ foundation “Fundación Mi Sangre” to make a difference too.
